CAW Fitness


CAW instructors are available for 1-2-1 sessions or even 2-2-1 sessions. In these sessions you can choose what you would like to cover, whether its just pole or a mixture of pole, hoop and silks. 1-2-1 sessions are on a first come, first served basis. Please contact us for session times.

1-2-1's are open to members and non members. To guarantee yourself a space, you can book in through our GO TEAM UP online booking system. (please see link below)

If you are a non member or non student to CAW Fitness, you will need to fill in a health questionnaire prior to your session, so we can assess your level and ability.

please note that we hold a 24 hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you are unable to attend a 1-2-1 without giving 24 hours prior notice, you will be liable and still charged a full fee.
