Dear Clients, Students, Friends and Unicorn,

Welcome to our February newsletter and gee whiz do we have some news to share with you all! We hope that this reaches you well and that your month has been a sparkly one so far.

Our exciting news for this month and announcements:

• New Venue Opening Weekend & Half Price Taster Classes

3rd March 2pm-9pm

We are SO EXCITED to announce the opening of our second venue. We will be hosting our long awaited Aerial Sling classes here, as well as Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop classes. All based in the new Crawley Parkour gym ‘Traversal’.

To celebrate the opening of our incredible second venue, we at CAW Fitness are hosting half price taster classes for those who are absolute beginners, have no fitness background, current students or for those who would like to spend their weekend flying with us. With a holistic approach, we at CAW Fitness allow every individual to gain confidence, fitness, wellbeing and we encourage every person who walks through our doors to let their light shine.

** Saturday 3rd March**

2:00-2:30pm Opening of our second venue at Traversal Gym, Ifield

2:45-3:45pm Beginners Aerial Sling Taster Class

4:00-5:00pm Beginners Aerial Silks Taster Class

5:00-9:00pm Jam & Open Session

(come try it out, visit the gym and even give Parkour a try!)

Please note that booking is essential as all of our classes are kept small so we can focus on every individual.

Taster classes only £7.50 ( normally around £15)

All of our instructors are fully qualified, insured, first aid trained and are either fitness or dance professionals.

• Latest Instructor News

At CAW Fitness we are very passionate about creating a community vibe amongst our students and instructors. At CAW Fitness we are all a family and we adore watching our family grow, students and instructors.

Congratulations to our Unicorn Instructors Kirsty Selby, Kirsty Seymour and Jade Tracey for passing their instructor training in various disciplines such as Aerial Hoop, Silks and Pole Fitness.

We are so excited and warmly welcome our newest Trainee Unicorn Instructor, Grace Fisher, to our humble team. Grace will be training up as an instructor in Pole Fitness as well as other disciplines and will be seen covering and hosting Classique & Flow classes in May. We are so excited to have you Grace!

We are also super excited to welcome Unicorn Instructor Katie Finch to our humble team. Katie will be teaching regular Yoga classes from March 22nd on a Thursday evening in our CAW Fitness Headquarters. Katie also can be seen assisting us in our Little Flyers Classes and is also going to be implementing Baby Yoga Classes at a later date.

• Wellness Evening 22nd March

Join us for an evening of Wellbeing, Mindfulness and a chance to focus on YOU.

Consisting of multiple workshops which focus on the self, fitness, lifestyle and your personal wellbeing. You can either join us for the entire evening or book on for individual workshops.

*6:15-7:15pm Wellness Vinyasa Yoga*

Taught by our Unicorn Instructor Katie, this class is a fitness style of yoga with smooth transitions and poses, whilst focusing on specific aspects that allow you to enjoy a full body workout with a low impact. Suitable for those who already participate in fitness and want something to compliment their current training, or a chance to focus on the self.

*7:30-8:30pm Thai Massage Workshop*

Learn basic massage techniques to help release tension when at home. This workshop incorporates a partner assisted full body massage for every person, all led by our Unicorn Instructor and fully qualified spa therapist, Nikki Fenton.

*8:45-9:45pm Wellness Slow Yoga & Meditation*

Lower impact, this workshop is perfect for those new to fitness, yoga or those suffering from minor injuries and want something lower impact to focus on the self. This class hosted by Unicorn Instructor Katie, adopts a very gentle approach to yoga with mindfulness and meditation to end the session.

Booking is essential prior to each class. Try each workshop for £10.00 or do 2x sessions of your choice for £15.00.


• New Classes and Changes to Our Timetable

With the excitement of venue two opening, more hours available to implement more classes, we are so excited to be adding our newest classes to the timetable.

Aerial Sling Fitness Class

Our long awaited Aerial classes are now up on the timetable. Your space can be booked via our online booking system and is even included within our memberships as an ‘Aerial Fitness Class’

When & where:

All Aerial Sling classes are hosted in our newest venue in Ifield, Traversal Gym.

Thursday evenings 18:45-19:45pm (starting 29th March)

Saturday Afternoons 13:15-14:15pm (starting 24th March)

Intermediate Aerial Hoop

For those students who are ready to step it up a notch and take their training to the next level. This class is an invite only class and we shall be sending out invitations over the next coming weeks.

When & where:

Traversal Gym, Ifield

Tuesday evenings 18:15-7:15pm (starting 13th March)

Beginners Hoop

Perfect for those that are new to fitness or are working on their Aerial Hoop journey with us. This class is perfect for those who are still exploring and discovering the fun that is Aerial Hoop!

When & where:

The CAW Fitness Studio

Tuesday evenings 18:15-19:15pm (starting 13th March)

Vinyasa Yoga

Hosted and run by our unicorn instructor Katie, these classes will be split up into a ‘strong’ and ‘slow’ Vinyasa Yoga. More information will be announced on these classes very soon. Perfect for those who are wanting to refocus and slow down in their fitness training or day to day lifestyle.

Thursday evenings 19:30-20:30pm & 20:45-21:45pm (starting 29th March)

Little Intermediate Flyers

For those Flyers who are ready to step it up a notch and take their training to the next level. This class is an invite only class and we shall be sending out invitations over the next coming weeks.

When & where:

The CAW Fitness Studio

Saturday mornings 11:45-12:45pm (starting 24st March)

Intermediate/ Advanced Pole, Beginners Pole Fitness and Bend and Balance on Saturdays

Our current Saturday timetable is changing! Our Beginners Pole Fitness class will be hosted at a slightly later time and in an order that suits many more of our students schedules.

You make our community whole and we have absolutely adore celebrating every moment of progress (fitness and wellness) with you. We look forward to continuing to help and support you in reaching your goals, whilst sharing and welcoming you to all of our fun adventures and happening.
