So it's that time again to meet another one of our amazing instructors!
This time it's time to meet Kirsty! Kirsty is one of our beginners pole instructors. She was one of Tamara's original students when she first started teaching, Kirsty's amazing journey and development to becoming the person she is today hasn't gone unnoticed. Suffering from low self esteem, dealing with personal trauma and lack of confidence, Kirsty began Pole Fitness with Tamara in the hope that it would bring her some normality in her busy life.
Kirsty has blossomed so much since starting pole and her confidence has grown from strength to strength! From being a very shy person she has transformed so much so she had the confidence to do her instructor training. She will be there in many CAW Fitness classes giving advice, guidance and providing a friendly face for those who need a little boast.
Kirsty is also fully qualified in working with special needs children. Helping to support Tamara in Special Needs Movement classes and minority group classes. Before starting pole fitness she had never danced before, trust me when I say you would not believe that, as she has some amazing dance moves in her!
Before starting pole she played rugby for 10 years, even playing for South East England. In her free time she rides a motorbike and spends her time with her gorgeous dogs!
So interesting fact time!! Kirsty is such a chocoholic she has a cupboard entirely just for chocolate! I think I need one of those cupboards in my life too!
So if you haven't already met Kirsty, come along to our Beginners classes on a Monday and you will get to meet this lovely lady! Like many of our instructors she is always there to help whenever you need and is always making us laugh.
Keep being awesome everyone!
